It was a little confusing when we arrived, but as soon as we found our name, we were greeted and told that our driver would arrive soon. Our driver was courteous and safe while driving on the windy and busy roads to our hotel.
When I was dropped off the driver tried to get me to pay more money. I purchased this through Viator app so it was paid in full upon purchase prior to being picked up at the airport. This was a very bad experience and I would NOT ever use them again.
From pick up to drop off it was fantastic we had a lovely driver and everything went well. The meet and greet was easy they had signs so not stressful at all.
