What a great experience! I ended up having a private tour as the other group had to cancel. Ada was fantastic at explaining the food choices made and why and giving the history behind them. Please, please make sure you go out of your comfort zone and try everything regardless of whether you'd order it off a menu or not - you'll be pleasantly surprised, I promise!
Claudia was an amazing guide! The restaurants were all wonderful, and she was able to tell us all about each food. She shared about her experiences in Lima, suggested other restaurants for us to try and made our day so enjoyable. There were two vegetarians in our group, and Claudia made accommodations, so they were so they were included, too. We would highly recommend this tour!

We had an absolutely fantastic food tour in Lima! The entire experience was incredibly well organized and offered a perfect introduction to Peruvian cuisine and culture. We visited several amazing local spots, sampled a wide variety of delicious dishes, and learned fascinating stories about the history and traditions behind the food. Our guide was knowledgeable, passionate, and made the tour both informative and entertaining. Every stop felt carefully selected, and the portions were generous enough that we left completely satisfied. This tour was one of the highlights of our time in Lima. We discovered places we never would have found on our own and gained a much deeper appreciation for Peruvian food.
