Floyd’s Pelican Bar is a tiny bar made of driftwood stilted on a huge sandbar out in the sea. There's nothing like a cold one at the Pelican Bar. Be sure to have a fish dish freshly prepared by Floyd himself.

At the Appleton Estate, you will learn about the production of Appleton rums . Every step in the process how it is carefully managed, from the selection of the varieties of sugarcane that are grown on the Estate, to the natural culture of yeast used in fermentation, to our unique distillation and blending methods. Appleton Estate has the distinction of being the oldest sugar estate and distillery in Jamaica in continuous production, crafting this delicious rum with the warmth, passion and unique spirit of Jamaica for more than 265 years.
YS Falls is a nature-based attraction offering the opportunity to experience the beauty of the waterfalls surrounded by lush gardens and magnificent trees. There are seven waterfalls, several which cascade into natural pools. Some areas are fairly rocky and river shoes are recommended. Lifeguards on site, indicate which areas are for swimming, however, being able to swim is a requirement. There is a natural pool, fed by underground and above ground springs, which is more suitable for children and others unable to swim.

Amazing day spent with guide Michael Cockburne. Michael was perfect. He has a natural instinct to know when to talk and when to keep to himself. Our three scheduled stops were awesome and he made some unscheduled stops that were great too. I'd definitely recommend this tour.
