This was okay if you had extensive time to listen to the guide. But the site has good written explanations at each point which are very good; it takes a full day to see all that Pearl Harbor has to offer without even starting the guide. We’d never have made it thru if we listened to it. The virtual reality was fine, but not exceptional. Expensive for minimal usage.
Exhilarating VR experience!! The perspectives were so real that I actually found myself reaching for a "railing"! Highly recommend!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place is incredibly informative! My kids had an absolute blast and couldn't stop talking about it afterward. It's definitely a must-go for families looking for both fun and educational experiences.
It was surreal to be in the same area as the surrender papers were signed and to see the remains of the USS Arizona. So much history there. Even my 11 yr old daughter enjoyed it.
The VR portion of this combo is a waste of time and money. Employee didn’t bother explaining how to adjust headset. Picture was blurry so switched headset and the next one was only slightly better. Very short program. Stick to the audio tour.
Good information, well kept place with lot of sentiments. Must place to visit. Deluxe package is helpful and VR is fun to watch.
What a beautiful place to memorialize history of our blessed soldiers and civilians who lost their lives to give us ours
Your people should be present at the site to help facilitate the program. We paid you for a non service! No one was there to help us and as a result, we were not allowed to board the vessel that takes people to the Arizona! A very sad waste of time and money! Others that use your service, need to know our terrible experience!
Don’t book via trip advisor- book through the government website for recreation because it is the only way to reserve a time for the boat out to the USS Arizona Memorial. We booked through trip advisor and had to wait an hour and a half on standby with our three teenagers to get out there. Otherwise Pearl Harbour was well worth the visit- educational and moving.
Pearl Harbor was an amazing experience. The price was less than anything else I could find. Afterwards I still think you made a mistake by giving it at such a low price. Even with paying for our own transportation it was still less expensive than any of the tours offered by the hotel or other online.
