Please provide the following information: Pickup time Pickup hotel name Drop-off hotel name Full address Vehicle types are based on the number of passengers and luggage: 1–2 passengers: Sedan (maximum 2 luggage) 3–4 passengers: SUV (maximum 4 luggage) 5–7 passengers: Van (maximum 7 luggage) If you have extra luggage, please select a larger vehicle type. For groups with more than 8 passengers or more than 7 pieces of luggage, please make 2 separate bookings.

Pickup Locations & Times
The car seat is chargeable, subject to availability upon reservation. Vehicles will be assigned based on number of passengers. You will receive an email a day before your scheduled pickup with your booking reference, our customer service number, and your driver's name and contact details. For Departure transfer, your driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Waiting time: 30 minutes after the indicated pick-up time. Please inform pick-up time, pick-up and drop-off hotel name and full address.

Very easy to use. Clean car and on time pick up and drop off. I would recommend this service to everyone visiting thailand
The driver was very friendly and kind throughout the trip. However, he was on his phone texting or reading texts while driving. We also had to pull over three times to confirm the hotel name, and at one point his phone stopped working, leaving him without navigation. I offered to help using my phone, but since it was in English, we still missed a few turns and the trip took longer than expected. While the driver himself was very pleasant, as a transport company I would expect drivers to have reliable navigation and a backup system, rather than relying solely on a personal phone. With a few improvements on the logistics side, this could be a much better experience.

Although I didn't receive everything included such as waters and cool towels our ride was good. The driver was punctual and pleasant and that's a plus.
