Amazing experience, Carla was so bubbly and fun! She taught the different parts of the meal and explained everything so well. She involved everyone in the group and kept the wine flowing.

Carla is amazing and has such good energy!! The space is so big and lovely for cooking in and fits plenty of people inside it! We stayed for 3 hours and had so much food we were stuffed- but the food was the best I’ve ever made! She worked with us for dietary options and speaks amazing English.

Cooking with Carla in Rome was one of the highlights of our trip. We learned how to make fresh fettuccine from scratch, along with authentic gelato and a rich, delicious tiramisu.
