We LOVED our cooking class with Carlo. He was fun, educational and easy to converse with. The other couple who was scheduled to come were very late, which would’ve flustered many, but he handled it exceptionally well. We cannot wait to go home and make pasta with our kids with the skills we learned. The Tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I had an amazing experience at this cooking class in Italy. It was the perfect blend of fun and learning, with a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy every moment. Everyone in our family of 7 loved it! There was 17 total people in our class today. Our chef, Matteo, was excellent. We made tiramisu, ravioli and fettuccine. It was so much fun and everything was delicious.

My friend and I attended this class during a study abroad trip. The restaurant was easy to find and our chef Matteo was amazing. We had a great time and the atmosphere was great for all ages. The group size was 17 which he told us was on the larger side but there was still plenty of room. The duration and cost were adequate for the experience.
