Pasta Making and Tiramisù Class in Rome (SHARED)

Description
Experience a hands-on cooking class in a 17th-century palace. This is your chance to learn how to cook just like ‘nonna’ (Italian for Grandma) using recipes passed down from generation to generation. After being welcomed with drinks and antipasti at our cooking school behind Piazza Navona, your chef will teach you how to make from scratch tiramisu and two types of fresh pasta in a state-of-the-art kitchen. What will you use to stuff or garnish your pasta with? You will have an array of seasonal ingredients to use and types of fresh pasta to choose from. This experience includes a cooking class in a 17th-century palazzo, an English-speaking chef, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), antipasti, and all necessary ingredients and equipment.

We learned how to make wonderful food and got a chance to eat it along with wine. The chef did an excellent job explaining how to prepare the food. We rolled our pasta through the machine to make spaghetti. It was so much fun.
Jennifer, thank you for your kind review! We are so happy that you had so much fun making fresh pasta and tiramisu with us! We would love to make more delicious italian staples with you in the future!
It was great to have the hands on experience that Alessandro provided. He was charming and informative and described each step flawlessly. Would definitely recommend!
Thank you!!! We are glad you enjoyed our cooking experience :)
It was really cool, and the chef and food was amazing. A experience to remember. Now let’s try it at home.
Dear Patricia Thank you so much for your lovely words! We are glad that you had a great time at class. I am sure recipes will help you to repeat it at home :) Have a nice day
We had Fabio as our chef. He was amazing. Told us a lot of history behind the dishes we made and my granddaughters had a blast
Thank you for the kind review - we hope you and your granddaughters had a wonderful trip to Rome.
This cooking class was a lot of fun and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to do some cooking while in Rome. It was a great instructor and very fun to socialize with other people from different countries also taking the class - it's a really nice travel memory to have!
Thanks for leaving such a lovely review! We're delighted you enjoyed your cooking class and look forward to welcoming you back to Rome soon.
This class was a blast! We had so much fun learning how to make homemade pastas and tiramisu, and we made several new friends doing it! Max was a phenomenal teacher and chef. He really kept the class on track and everyone got to do everything and feel included! We most enjoyed making tiramisu and the end product was beautiful and phenomenal, we can't wait to try out variations of it at home!!! So much fun and hifhly recommend!
What a great time we had tonight! Our chef David made the evening, so easy to make Tiramisu and pasta. We all interacted and learned how to make simple good food! Next time I’m in Rome we will do his longer event shopping at local food markets then going back to cook a spectacular meal! Loved it!
Thanks for your review! We're thrilled you had such a good time with David and can't wait to welcome you back to Rome for our Farmers' Market class! A presto!
What a fantastic way to celebrate a birthday. The amazing cheff LIli was professional and kind. In the end, it not that scarry to learn how to cook. The problem is that everyone who saw the pictures wants to come over for dinner now.
My boyfriend and I did a wonderful pasta and tiramisu class with Marco. He was very helpful, informative, and very nice. He made our experience very relaxing and always checked on us to see if we needed something. The food was amazing and he gave great tips on how to try this at home. We had the place to ourselves which made the experience even more exciting and memorable! Will definitely do this class again, already planning a pizza class with them!
A very good time at this property: - Excellent Welcoming - quality of teacher advice - ideal location (near Piazza Navona) - Meals in a beautiful room
