We could not speak more highly of Antonietta and the class that she provided! We made the BEST pasta that we ever had and it was such an authentic experience. We recommend catching a taxi from Varenna as her home is a bit from the town (has a gorgeous view). This was a highlight of our trip!!!
Amazing experience! Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Food was delicious! I would recommend this to everyone.
This cooking class was one of mine and my partner’s favourite experiences in Dervio. We really had a lot of fun and felt at home. Cesarine was a really good teacher and great company. We would definitely recommend this class and go again ourselves.
The cooking workshop is at Antonietta's house. She has a great view over the como lake. We were first welcomed with an apperative and met her. Then we started the tiramisu. And then to capelacci (kind of tortelini) and with the rest of the dough we made tagliatelle. Very nice and tasty. She had already made the ragu sauce herself (had to simmer for a long time) and she made the butter sauce on the spot while cooking the pasta. It was really super cozy with Antonietta. Despite her English not being good communication went well with some hands and feet and google translate.
