Lunch at a farmhouse with a visit to the historic vinegar factory Return to Bologna or Modena in the afternoon.

Our driver Salvatore is the best!! May is so outstanding in the countryside with the grain harvest and most especially the Red poppies! Lovely to meet some endangered White cows and totally enjoy their cheese.
