If you buy tickets on line please be sure to download the actual ticket prior to arrival as data service is a little slow at the port probably due to mass number of people on phones. Also, if you aren't 30 minutes early the best seats are gone. You might want to know whether or not the boat ride was worth the price or not. That depends on whether you are otherwise bored to tears and needed a way to pass the time.
Good experience, efficent service
We couldn't get on the tail cruiser, it was impossible to finish the queue and it hadn't closed already. So they sell so many tickets if it's unfeasible for all those people to do the tour.
Great pics of the Eiffel tower from the river! Affordable price for a short but funfilked trip! Great restaurants close by
1. The most Good ride, which could have gone to the Statue of Liberty on the one hand, the National Library of France on the other. Relevant comments. 2. Less - Tickets sent the same morning and not 24 hours before as promised by the description - Queues / boarding to fluidify, toilets to keep cleaner: although very numerous, each of your customers pays; they are not livestock!
Be sure to check your tickets very early. We were sent a bad file and they did not respond to fix it. We were not able to use the tickets and they have not responded for a refund.
Very good time spent on board to make discover Paris to children, pleasant and welcoming staff. Beautiful views of the Musée d’Orsay, Notre Dame Cathedral Lady, the Eiffel Tower...
Massive tourist trap. Three hour queue to get on an overcrowded boat. Poorly managed. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy.
Viator was scam no tickets received, so simply no longer book through TripAdvisor. Unfortunately quite bad experience
Poor sightseeing due to overcrowding. Peo0le constantly standing in front of u leaving you with no view. Not recommended
