The line to get on the boat was wayyyyyy too long
We enjoyed this easy cruise down the Seine. The boat was nice and the length, about an hour and 15 minutes was perfect.
A very enjoyable experience and an excellent way to see the city without exerting oneself too much.
easy on board and welcoming staff, the trip itself was amazing although the weather was rainy, we enjoyed.
I bought tickets on line through trip advisor, pair price and the boat trip was fantastic it lasted for 1 hour. I would recommend this to family and friends
Really nice cruise. Extremely efficient with boarding and departing from ship. All went well. Saw 2 weddings taking pictures on the banjs of the Seine. Great weather, fun boat cruise!. Recommend.
I booked this wonderful evening seine sightseeing cruise disembarking from the banks of the Eiffel Tower. Absolutely loved this, fantastic experience. I am a wheelchair user and I was thrilled that this was accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful. A staff member called Theiry (ithink... male, curly hair and glasses) went above and beyond. He helped me & my young daughter up the hill to the main road and helped me call a taxi. I will never forget the kindness he shown
My experience could have been because I visited on Valentine's Day, but the line to get onto the cruise was over 2 hours long despite the fact that I arrived 45 minuted before departure. My group and I ended up leaving the line after 2 hours because we realized we would probably have to wait for 2 more boats before we made it on. Again, this could be because I went on Valentine's Day but if they knew it was going to be busy they shouldn't have oversold tickets.
Tour operator canceled because of high river level. Offered a refund, which I elected. Now it is all silence, no refund Do not book through this operator, they are unreasonable
Trip got cancelled because of the flood on the Sienne. No refund provided even after chasing. Have chased. No response and gone quite.
