Our guide, Maria did a good job telling stories and showing us the great sites of Paris. If our group of 3 had been much larger though, it would have been hard to hear the guide’s narration with the wind and cold. The Christmas lights lining the Champs Élysées were beautiful. It was too chilly for the Seine Cruise, so I asked for my tickets to be emailed for future use. but I never received them.
The tour was really insightful and our tour guide (Maria) was an absolute delight, such a beautiful person!! The boat cruise was amazing too
It is a walking tour for about 2 hours so please be mindful of that My tour guide was great .. I was a little confused about the boat part we had to wait in a long line did move fast when boat arrived ... I hade to really look for my tickets on whatapp because it was different from the Viator ticket . Thats my biggest complaint is the communication on that part.
The tour operator did not show. Very disappointing. And I insist on a refund. and also for travel to
I requested a. Refund d because I registered for an English tour but it was only being offered in Spanish. I talked to the tour guide and she indicated she could not do both Spanish and English. She suggested I talk to Viator for a full refund. I called customer service and the representative said she would process the refund. I now see it was REJECTED! I am not pleased because what I signed up for was NOt available to me at the time of the tour.
Didn’t realize it was in Spanish until after booked. That is why 4 stars. Thankfully I study Spanish so I undersGood some of the commentary. It was a nice walk. Guide was very knowledgeable.
Well informed guide and beautiful views of Paris at night. Boat ride at end of tour was perfect. Would recommend to my friends
