This Montmartre tour was enjoyable for various reasons. One was that it started halfway up the hill to keep hiking at a reasonable level. Another was that there were only eight of us, which made conversation easy. Our guide, David, knows Montmartre inside and out. And he must have been an art history major because he not only knows art, he has something to say about it. At times, however, it can be a little too much. We would have liked to hear more about life in Montmartre today.
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the Montmartre Private Walking Tour, especially the small group setting, the route, and David’s deep knowledge of the area and art history. We also really appreciate your honest note about wanting a bit more focus on modern-day life in Montmartre—that’s very helpful feedback and something we’ll definitely keep in mind as we continue improving the experience. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again for another tour soon!
