Visit a neo-bakery founded by two young entrepreneurs committed to sustainability and reducing waste. Discover their focus on quality ingredients, and enjoy a delicate vanilla cream puff.
The elegant pastries and rustic breads from this refined boulangerie-pâtisserie celebrate seasonal flavors from southern France and Italy. Enjoy a croissant pissaladière, a Provençal specialty with caramelized onions, anchovies, and black olives.
Admire the elegant symmetry, red-brick façades, and arcaded walkways from Paris’s oldest planned square (1612), a masterpiece of early French classical architecture.
Dine at a classic French bistro overlooking the elegant Place des Vosges. Enjoy a traditional boeuf bourguignon, served with buttered noodles and paired with a glass of red wine, for a true Parisian experience.

We spent a lovely afternoon with Erica. Her knowledge as a pastry chef added a lot to the experience, and she also generously shared her knowledge as a working musician with my son, which gave the tour a whole new dimension for him. A great way to orient yourself when you first arrive in the city -- we frequented one of the boulangeries we visited on the tour several times during our stay. One thing I wish I would have learned from the reviews -- if you were interested in trying the Beef Bourguignon, as we were, that stop is only included on the evening tour. While we enjoyed the beautiful brasserie with the choucroute garni, it's a dish we've had many times before and not one I think of as quintessentially Parisian.
