Viator ever sent link to tickets. Merely sent the voucher. This caused waiting, frustration and disappointment. Coming on the heels of being sent a message in FRENCH, which I can’t read, that the Eiffel Tower tour was cancelled, I will not book with Viator again. We had just returned from Morocco, where our tour guide never showed.
A wonderful and beautiful museum- a definite activity to add to your list. Monet’s water lilies are just magical 🪷✨
The museum was amazing. My favorite exhibit was the miniatures of Paul Guillaume's house. Also, the Monet Waterlilies- wow!
Incredible water lilies rooms and other collections. Get the timed entry to shorten the line. Small museum with a lot to offer
This team was so helpful with rearranging my booking when the museum was unexpectedly closed. Absolutely fabulous communication!
Went with my daughter and we had a lovely time. Such an amazing museum. Tickets were easy to purchase and even with a last minute change, the travel agent was able to assist quickly. Appreciate it! Highly recommend this travel agent and the museum, a must in Paris.
Even with timed entry, there are large lines at the museum. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes as the lines go through security and entry processes. Make sure that you download the ticket with bar code to gain entry.
The Museum had to close for the day because of an technical difficulty and issued refunds. The Museum did email me which I appreciated. Viator has not been in touch with us , or issued a refund. I thought it was risky to book through them to begin with and now I suspect I was right. I usually book direct and suggest you avoid Viator and book directly with museums. Lesson learned for me!
Dear theresa, I understand your frustration. Your booking was for May 11th, we have been informed in the morning of the technical problem and the closure of the museum. We have sent you an sms at 9:40AM to inform you and offer either to reschedule or refund. You did not answer so we proceed to a refund. Refund take up to 5 business days, and you will get your money soon. There is nothing suspicious, technical problem may happened and we try to do our best to communicate with our guest. You should have contacted us, our phone numer, whatsapp or email are in your Voucher. On behalf of Paris Odyssey we apolagize again for the inconvenience Paris Odyssey
Claude Monet’s Water Lilies murals are a truly meditative experience. I could sit there for a long time moving from panel to panel. A reflection of the true beauty and stillness of nature. Definitely reserve a time slot. A very busy museum.
Definitely buy on line entrance tickets in advance as the queues grow very long outside. Really lovely to see the works of Monet and other key french artisits in a modest sized gallery. Well laid out exhibitions with plenty of info.
