- Pickup address should be in Paris city (address must be in 75001 to 75015)
- Night surcharge will be applied if the pickup is due between 22:00 and 06:00 hrs.
- Adult pricing applies to all travelers including children / babies.
- A maximum of 08 people per booking.
- Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark.
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Child seats, Booster seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
- For infants, you must bring your own infant seat. (babies under 1 year).
- No smoking, eating or drinking inside the vehicle.
- No pets are allowed unless they are kept inside the special cage.
- Strikes and demonstrations, we are not responsible for any delays, missed flights, connections or additional costs incurred by strikes, industrial action or demonstrations which may take place both in France or throughout the world. However, we try our best to provide our service without any issues.

The pick-up truck didn't show up at the appointed time, so I had to call the front desk of the hotel but couldn't get through, so I had to take a taxi. Even if you want to contact TripAdvisor, there is no chat function, just email inquiries. They didn't take care of me except for routine inquiries, which was really troubling. Go through the refund process upon your return. Never use it again.

We had 6 people in our family including kids and grandparents. So this was an easy way to make it directly to Disneyland Paris without any hassle. The driver was timely and everything went fine. I would recommend this.

I reached out to Inter Service Prestige for quotes for 3 transfers CDG-Paris; Paris-Disney, Disney-CDG. I was traveling with family and our group of 10 needed 2 vans. They responded promptly and their pricing was much more reasonable than our hotel's quote. The drivers were polite and punctual. The vans were large and clean. They were also able to accommodate a very last minute request to swing by the Eiffel Tower (with the Olympic rings up) so that we could take a family photo. I would not hesitate to use them again and couldn't recommend them more.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY LEFT US WITHOUT THE SERVICE, EXCUSING THAT WE DID NOT SEND THEM RECONFIRMATION OF THE SERVICES. WHAT SCIENCE CAN BE IN PROVIDING TRANSFER FROM ONE HOTEL TO ANOTHER? WHEN I RESERVED AND PAID AND FROM THE BEGINNING THE DATA OF THE DAY, TIME AND PLACE FOR THE PICK UP WAS WRITTEN, STILL ONE DAY BEFORE THEY SENT US THE VOUCHER WITH THE CONFIRMATION OF THE SERVICE AND THE OPERATOR DECIDED TO CANCEL THE SERVICE, LEAVING US ALONE. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK THEN DON'T RENT!!!

We went by Euro star via coach from Bexleyheth, London. We got to our hotel at about midday as we started around 9. 00 in the morning. It was quite comfortable and the trip to Disney land was included on the holiday, all day. It was huge full of rides like mad hatters tea party; helter skelter, Queen of Hearts, Captain Hook's ship, Indiana Jones draw bridge and Space Mountain. The latter I found dangerous as it had 360 degree revolutions and I thought I was going to die. However I had injured my back so I hobbled to a restaurant and had a very nice meal of salmon and vegetables. Later went to the souvenir shop and bought a glass palace of Cindertella"s castle and a crystal Dumbo. My mum bought Cinderella's glass shoe. Saw the parade in the evening; took pics of Snow White and before of a beautiful cascade. Went back to the hotel and next day bought YSL perfume, Paris. Holiday thru News Shopper Holiday for £99.
We booked a 1 way trip from gare du Nord to eurodisney for 23/12/19. We booked this as there due to the general strike on that was affecting most public transport services in France. We booked fairly last minute and considering the strike got confirmation within half an hour or so. The driver was waiting for us when our Eurostar arrived, he was polite, courteous and friendly. He directed us to the car, took out bags to put in the boot, and off we went. He was telling us some information as we travelled through the city centre, and was alert to upcoming traffic problems. We would thoroughly recommend this company and the service they provide based on this experience.
