Pickup Locations & Times

We offer pick-up service in tourist areas of southern Gran Canaria for the convenience of customers. Pick-up takes place at points close to your accommodation (not always at the door of the hotel, but at a point accessible to the vehicle). Once the reservation has been made, we will contact you to confirm the exact time and place of collection. It is important to be ready at least 5 - 10 minutes in advance. If you are outside the pick-up areas, we will indicate the nearest meeting point or you can go directly to the departure port, whose exact location will also be provided after booking. If you have any questions, the team will be happy to help you before your experience.
