About our experience in a Guinea apartment in Playa del Ingles, booked with Booking.com We stayed there for 16 nights. In the bathroom cell was no room to store bath supplies. There was also no toilet roll holder. The existing hair dryer was connected with the cord directly behind a socket. To our surprise, the bath towels were not replaced every 3 days. Before that every 3 days, up to 4 times at the reception with a request to replace it. (reception at another location). Electrical installation did not work fully on one of the 2 bedrooms. On the other was a sliding door to a terrace next to the pool that could not be locked. The beds were fine, unfortunately after 10 nights went back to the reception with the request to change the bed linen. Furthermore, many cords were loosely connected inside under the TV by a triple distribution plug, this is very undesirable for children. Completed Booking.com's request for review, but according to them it did not meet the conditions. (too low a grade)
For someone who can’t swim and find himself on top of sea / ocean hanging by rope thrilling awesome experience
The whole experience was great, reasonably priced and good photo package. Staff were friendly knowledgeable and safety conscious
Organisation was very poor done from AquaSports. No acknowledge Email, no answer from WhatsApp, nothing… We called them by outselves and came to the correct time and place . Them they meant: please come back later, cause there is Not enough wind to fly…“ - simply Not true instead they waited to have more people ready to fill that boat. We have 2 little children and needed babysitter every time. The parasail itself was a great experience.
