I wish that I was aware of the fact that no one else booked this trip on that date. It was just me for many hours with a driver the didn’t speak English. My trip consisted of gas station food and some bathroom breaks. The translator was only used for booking the 30 minute flight which google translate would have done the job. The driver was nice but for the money I paid it didn’t add up.

My experience with Paracas , oasis and dune buggy ride was unique n unforgettable Ceviche was very freshn delish Sadly we could not go for Nazca tour tour was cancelled due to bad weather but I was able to see candalabra n it was amazing

This is a spectacular tour. Yes, it is very long. Long hours driving for "little" excitement, but absolutely worth it. Miguel was awesome driving and providing details. He assisted me the entire trip and was great in every aspect.

Everyone who visits Peru must see the Ballestas Islands and the Nazca Lines. But this tour may not be the best option. There is no way that the tour can be completed anywhere near the advertised 16 hours; it took us from 4:45am until 10:15pm...18.5 hours. That's without a stop for lunch and no leisure time at all. The trip from LIma wold be a long haul anyway, but this itinerary is unnecessarily tiring. Using the Nasca Airport instead of the Pisco Airport (near Paracas) for the Nazca Lines flight added more than 430km (267m) to the car ride. I've previously done a tour with identical activities, but using the Pisco Airport made that one about 3.5 hours shorter, and still allowed for a leisurely lunch and shopping in Paracas. The two activities (Ballestas boat tour, Nazca flight) take a total of about 2 hours. With this tour, you'll spend the remaining 16.5 hours sitting in a car. That's a lot of "butt time." THE GOOD: Private transportation. Miguel did a great job driving us safely, and his son Ricardo served as translator. We enjoyed the conversation along the way. They did the best they coud, given the itinerary. (My previous tour used public buses for travel between Lima and Paracas.) THE BAD: Lo-o-o-o-ng day: 900km (560m). MY ADVICE: Be sure the tour you choose does the Nazca flight from Pisco...not Nazca. The planes are bigger (12 passenger vs 7 passenger) and the airport is better organized. The flights are virtually identical. You'll be back in bed in Lima much sooner.

This is a perfect tour for people who want to fly from Nazca airport to see the lines and get back to Lima in the same day. We wanted to take a flight from Nazca so that we can have a closer look of the lines. It is far from Lima but well worth it!!

Kind of far to do in one day with Peruvian infrastructure. Also, our sole driver (who we thought was great and felt safe with) was behind the wheel for about 14 hrs. Saw Ballestas Island in winter so a little disappointed in variety of birds. But open air boat ride was fun. It was a long ride from there to Nazca to see lines. Only 1 trip around lines that took 30 minutes. We thought the write up said it would be 55 minutes. So disappointed there as well. Overall though we are glad for the experience and what we got to see between Lima and Nazca.

We made great time in the morning and I had a personal driver. It wasn’t clear that I’d be completely alone and not with a group of other travelers. Be mindful if you don’t speak any Spanish or romance languages. My driver was excellent but no one will speak English until possibly the boat tour (mine was in Spanish) and maybe your pilot. Wasn’t a problem for me specifically but it might be for others who only speak English. As organized as this travel agency is, it can’t really help you at the Nazca airport. They certainly play favorites with the larger groups and other agencies. I ended up waiting two hours to get on despite being early. In the end this costs you several hours of travel time because you hit traffic on the way out. I think all going well we would have been home by 8-8:30pm with the day starting at 5:00am. I got back around 10:30-11pm because my driver was so good at making up for lost time. There is no doubt this is much better and faster than taking the bus which I’ve heard from other travels usually takes a full 24 hours to get you back to your place. Overall it’s absolutely beautiful to see paracas and the lines. The whole trip gives you a far better understanding of Peru outside of Lima.
