- The Tramway is subject to delays and periodic shutdowns due to unforeseen circumstances and is not responsible for ticket refunds or the inability to redeem a voucher
- Tramway cars hold 80 people each and there are no seats. Passengers remain standing throughout the journey up the mountain
- Distance is approximately 12,800 feet, with a vertical ascent of 5,873 feet - 15 minutes travel time one way
- The tramway is known as a double reversible type of aerial tramway. Each car remains on one pair of track cables moving up and down without turning around. Each car serves as a counter balance to the other, the descending car is helping pull the ascending car up the mountain
- Strollers are permitted on this tour
- During holiday periods, you may experience long lines. We recommend you travel outside of these peak times to fully enjoy everything the tramway and mountain have to offer.
- There is parking in 13 paved lots near Valley Station. There is free shuttle service from parking lots to Valley Station entrance available weekends and holiday periods

A Day well spent and worth the $$, although Senior tickets can be bought at The Window inside the building for a few $$'s less. Just a great way to do a wonderful adventure and day hike if you wish, which is a big part of the experience
A lot of fun! Pretty amazing views and excellent hiking trails at the top of the mountain. Restaurant was great!
The total experience of the tram ride, the view from the top, and the day was more than I expected. All the employees were very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant's food was really good, and the service was just what a diner expects.

We love it it was great and the food at the restaurant was delicious the view amazing and the server incredible, it was a lit bit of expensive but it was worth it every dollar because the view was amazing and again the server incredible so we love it
I had a great time with the whole experience. I just didn’t know initially if I was to park at the city office or if there was going to be parking up the highway. But that was my only moment of confusion.

Drove 45 minutes to location and paid $15 for parking and we were told the ticket was not good until the next day. It did not give me an option to choose a day so I assumed it was valid for any day. This was very disappointing cause we lost money and time.
A must see experience while visiting Palm Springs area. Incredible views and plenty of activities for all ages and interests.
