Palace of Versailles Priority Access Entry with Gardens & Trianon

Description
As the seasons change, accompanied by the melodies of baroque composers like Lully, Handel, Charpentier, Campra, and Cavalli, wander through the exquisite French gardens of Château de Versailles! As you turn a corner by a flowerbed or enter a grove that is uniquely accessible to visitors from 9 AM to 7 PM*, you'll discover countless statues—some are hidden gems—and topiaries (stylized plants) meticulously crafted by the gardeners of Château de Versailles. Like musical crescendos enhancing your stroll with family or friends, the fountains in the Water Theater Grove, as well as the Mirror Pool and Neptune Pool will present breathtaking displays of water jets and waterfalls utilizing contemporary techniques throughout the day. Don't miss The Musical Gardens Show—it’s an essential experience when visiting the Gardens at Château de Versailles! *Please note: early closing at 5:30 PM on Tuesday October 28th, Wednesday October 29th, Thursday October 30th, and Friday October 31st.

I booked the 2:30 times ticket because the 1:30 entry was sold out. When I received the tickets they were for 4pm instead of 2:30.
Dear Jack J, Thank you for your feedback. Upon reviewing we have identified that this is a combined ticket where entry to the Palace is timed, while access to the gardens remains flexible. As mentioned in the inclusions, on busy days the allocated entry time may vary by up to two hours due to availability and operational constraints by the Palace. We are sorry to hear that you missed reading the information in the inclusion as well on your confirmation voucher which caused the confusion.
Get early in line for the scheduled time as they are long and it might take 30 minutes to enter the palace. I would focus on the main rooms in the palace like the hall of mirrors and pass quickly through the galleries to have more time for the gardens
Dear Maria W, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your visit and had time to explore the beautiful gardens. As mentioned, entry to the palace may take up to 30 minutes during busy periods due to mandatory security checks and timed access policies, which help ensure a smooth experience for all guests. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to welcome you again soon!
Take lots of extra cash as everything outside of the Palace and gardens costs. The grounds are amazing.
Dear Vera N, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the amazing palace grounds and had a nice visit. We also appreciate your suggestion and hope to welcome you again for another memorable experience.
Access to Versailles required many steps: hipsterlessly complicated. Having to ask for help twice
