Searnia with Lickrish Food Tours was an outstanding tour guide! She provided many historical facts about Barbados, the people of the island, as well as all of the culinary delights that we tasted on our tour! I had an amazing time! She was engaging, energetic, and just really an amazing representative for Lickrish and Barbados! I would definitely recommend taking this tour and asking for Searnia as your guide! We went on this walking tour a few days ago while in Barbados and it was fantastic! Our tour guide, Janelle, was very knowledgeable about the history of Barbados, Bajan food, and the food scene in Bridgetown. We tried lots of amazing food and had a great variety (snacks, drinks, meals, desserts). I was very full by the end of the tour! Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys food and is hoping to learn more about Barbados’ history.
A very authentic trip through the cuisine! Our guide Paulette had great suggestions for other local places and was very knowledgeable about the local cuisine and culture, answering all questions with ease.
