Pickup Locations & Times
Transportation provided from cruise port, hotels and air bnb's is a shuttle. The shuttle pickup time will vary based on distance. Our reservations or transportation logistics team will reach out to the guest to advise on their specific pickup time. Please make sure to check your email for this information. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. Should guest(s) not require transportation, they can head directly to the Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park for the specified arrival time. IMPORTANT: Same day bookings will NOT be provided transportation to the location. FOR CRUISE PASSENGERS: Please proceed through the cruise terminal and exit the terminal building. You do not need to leave the Port. Once outside the cruise terminal exit area, please look for a representative holding a sign that says “TROPICAL LUXURY TOURS.” The representative will be positioned just outside the cruise terminal exit area and will guide guests to the bus for transportation to the attraction.

- No skirts or dresses allowed on the Zipline
- Participants are not allowed to take any items such as cameras, cell phones, handbags- anything which would prevent them from having both hands free.
- Helmets are mandatory for the zipline and tram tours. Hairstyles may need to be pulled down or out to accommodate the helmet safely.
- FOR CRUISE PASSENGERS: The only tour arrival time offered from the port are 10:00 am and 11:00 am. Should you book a later time, you will be asked to reschedule. This is to ensure that we meet our 'Back on Board' commitment to return you to the port prior to the ship's departure and to allow sufficient time to enjoy your experience at the Park.

The Zipline staff was exceptional! Very attentive, knowledgeable, engaging and overall great human beings! The Cave tour was an immersive experience and learning about the discovery of the Harrison Cave.
The cave tour was absolutely beautiful! You can also zip line and other activities on this property! It’s a nice ride to the property! They do have food and drinks there.
A geographical wonder. Unacceptably ommited as one of the great wonders of the world. I am recommending all to visit.
My friend and I enjoyed every minute of the zipline and the cave experience. Our ziplining was safe with the capable men Kemal and Deshawn. Would do it again.
The staff did a perfect job showing the cave, as well as making us feel welcomed. I hope many people decide to do this tour.
A truly fun zip line crew! High energy and safety zipping through the canopy. Harrison cave is definitely worth the trip. We are looking forward to visiting again when improvements are completed. This time we’ll be taking the wild cave tour!
Overall a great experience and a fun day out. The pickup/dropoff from the hotel went seamlessly. The tram tour of the caves was really informative and the guys at the zipline were a standout... Thanks milkman, cottage cheese, lucky charms and co! They made sure we all had a laugh and made us feel safe and secure. Definitely recommend the zipline as it was the highlight of our day (as someone who is scared of heights it wasn't scary at all). The pool was lovely and the bar and grill served a great lunch and cocktails. The bird avery wasnt bad, you can have birds land on you if you're into that but the cave and ziplining were definite highlights for us. It's off season so nothing was too busy which was nice. Overall a great day out!

We so enjoyed out time here! The cave was so beautiful to see, and our guides were excellent and very entertaining! We also did the Rum tasting and it was so interesting to learn the history behind the rum. Our favorite part was the cooking class! Getting to learn about the culture and cook a dish with flying fish was so interesting and fun, not to mention delicious! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fun and educational experience. Everyone was so kind and we learned so much about Barbados!
The staff are extremely patient with first timers for the zip line. They professional and knowledgeable of the Cave system.
