Excellent staff and interesting tour, if you see the turtles and shipwrecked. The water is crystal clear.
It was absolutely amazing!!!!! I was a bit reluctant at first because it was my first time but the team made sure that I understood the gear and enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend this for ANYONE wanting to try something different and explore. The sailing team is WELL experienced and friendly. You will not regret this experience. 💯💯💯💯💕💕💕💃💃💃💃💃
Snorkling and shipwreck. Shipwreck is better as you can see more clearly and more sea lives around the ship.
The snorkeling and swimming was good. There were no fins available which made swimming back to the boat difficult. The crew rate a 1 star, they were rude and we heard them smack talking about some of the guests. They were more interested in showing off in the water than ensuring a good guest experience
I’d been on a catamaran cruise before with unlimited drinks and food, but this time I wanted a shorter / cheaper tour. This fits the bill nicely. A 90 minute cruise - most of which is for swimming over a shipwreck and swimming where the turtles are. Cost was just over £30 each
Amazing. Worth every penny. The guides were funny, kind, and informative. Would do this tour again in a heart beat .
Overall it was a very good time. Ron was an excellent guide. We saw many fish and a large sea turtle. Delicious rum punch and Giovanni had a good hair day even though Ron said otherwise.
We enjoyed our afternoon on the boat overall. Ron, who was part of the crew, and the lady with curly hair (who kindly took the time to help my daughter in the water) were both incredibly nice, friendly, and accommodating. Her kindness toward my daughter was especially appreciated and made the experience even more memorable. Unfortunately, one interaction left a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable trip. Ron had agreed to take my husband into the water with a group of guests who were not strong swimmers. However, once my husband was ready, another crew member repeatedly told him not to get in the water. He said this three times in a rather rude manner. What made the situation confusing was that other guests in the group also did not know how to swim, yet they were allowed to participate and were provided with flotation tubes. We completely understand if there was a safety reason for the decision, but no explanation was given. Instead, my husband was simply denied the opportunity to join the group. A clear and respectful explanation would have gone a long way and would have helped us better understand the situation. Despite this experience, we appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by Ron and the other crew member who helped our daughter.
This was by far the best part of our trip to Barbados 🇧🇧 the crew was definitely a vibe. I felt so safe and laughed so much. I know how to swim 🏊♀️ but I learned I can’t swim with strong 💪🏽 wind 💨 lol the tour guy help us the whole time to feel safe & we were able to enjoy the whole experience 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.
It’s cheaper to book when you get there because they have different packages online than at the bay. For example the tour I purchased was $35 USD and just the tour. On site you can get a beach chair rental for the same price instead of $10 more. The man handling the chair rentals was really nice and tried to get me the onsite price but Tranquility wasn't going for it. The crew on the boat was great! Giovani was funny and helpful. The crew was welcoming and friendly. And made experienced and inexperienced swimmers/snorkelers feel comfortable and safe.
