Disappointed with Lack of Transparency We booked this private van expecting a smooth and stress-free trip, but unfortunately, the experience fell short due to poor communication. Important policies — such as waiting time charges, stopover limitations, and cancellation terms — were not clearly explained in advance. We only found out about them after the fact, which felt unfair and unprofessional. While the van itself was comfortable and the driver courteous, the lack of transparency made the trip more stressful than it should have been. For a premium service, we expected clearer guidelines and upfront honesty. Hoping the company improves how they communicate with customers moving forward.
Dear Reyna Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that our lack of transparency regarding our policies made your trip stressful. You are right to expect clear, upfront information, and we apologize for failing to provide that. We have taken your comments to heart and are already working to improve how we communicate with our customers to ensure a better experience for everyone. We appreciate your honesty and hope to earn your trust in the future.
Fantastic private transfer service, friendly and safe driver. He arrived 15min early to collect us. Was contacted quickly after booking to arrange pick up time etc.
Dear Tima Thank you for your positive review. We look forward to serving you again!

i'm glad i took this ride. after my dinner and photo shooting at jiufen, there were a lot of people waiting for buses going back to taipei. it saved me time and i was even able to visit another night market in the city. recommended!

The driver arrived at our hotel on time, and it only took 50 minutes to reach Jiufen. Most of all, it's much cheaper than what I could get from my hotel. Sadly, I didn't book the return trip, and I spent an hour waiting for the bus going back to Taipei. If tourists want to save time, I suggest you book a round trip.
