The tour was as described. Since it was a personal tour, we were able to make stops, go fater or slower - as desired. We learned many important aspects of Bulgarian history and saw Bulgarian architecture (no where else in the world). A very interesting and enjoyable day. We felt safe and our guide was entertaining. A must if you want to get to the heart of and understand Bulgarian culture. Booking was easy and the driver arrived as prearranged.
Wonderful itinerary, we saw so many things and really enjoyed the tour. Guide is gentle and professional, highly recommended
We had a really great time on this tour, and found it to be a really good value! Originally, I was planning on trying to take trains ourselves to Koprivshtitska and Plovdiv, but the amount of time and effort it would take compared to being driven made me change my mind. It was great being able to do both in one day! I didn't really know what to expect as I thought maybe we were just being driven and dropped off in both locations, but our driver Georgi guided us through both cities. Georgi was really laid back, kind, and super informative! He knows so much about the history of Bulgaria and it's the most I've ever learned during a tour about a place. We also loved that we were able to complete the tour at whatever pace we wanted (didn't book private but since it was middle of winter - we were the only ones). Georgi also gave great advice about other activities in the area, and honestly hanging out with him all day was the highlight for us! He felt like a friend by the end of the day. Plovdiv and Koprishtitska were worth seeing too, of course. Such rich history!
Very nice afternoon Nick was knowledgeable and very helpful and flexible Bit of a long day but got to see life in Bulgaria
My daughter and I were on your tour to Plovdiv and Koprivshtitsa guided by Martin from Roni Shaked Tours. We really enjoyed the tour!! Martin is an amazing guide, conveys the history of places with extraordinary vitality, has a sense of humor, an excellent guide!
Pauvina was a tour coordinator. She knows her job well. Dylan was a wonderful driver and an interesting tour guide. The day was sunny. Dylan treated us with Gelato. It was very kind of him. He is passionate about history of Bulgaria. Thank u for your dedication.
Very good tour visiting 2 places in Bulgaria with high interest; Christian was very good, he was eager to do well as it was his first trip since February due to the break imposed by Covid 19. It is good to combine these 2 places in one single tour;
