Enjoyed it

The tour guide Bratt was very sweet. He bought us sweet tea drinks and tried to make us comfortable. The national museum requires more time compared to the rest.. maybe one or 2 other places can be skipped in this iterinary.

Avoid at all cost

Cancelled on my family less than 24 hours prior to the event, after confirming our reservation (they oversold and asked us to change our date as a result). There are plenty of other tour companies that offer wonderful (and often cheaper) experiences. Save yourself the last-minute cancellation and book with another company.

They're not forced to take you to souvenir shops.

We enjoyed the Wildlife Preserve and Takhini Hot Spring tour. When I asked them to eat at a restaurant that local people would go to during the day, they took me to a restaurant I recommended, and I was happy with their flexibility. I also left my souvenirs in the car, but they were really helpful to me by delivering them to my hotel.

Operator response
