Itinerary
Dongbaekseom (Camellia Island): This charming island at the edge of Haeundae offers one of the most scenic coastal walks in Busan. As you stroll along the beautiful beach and rocky shoreline, you’ll be surrounded by lush camellia trees and pine forests that create a peaceful, refreshing atmosphere. The path leads you to the APEC House, a striking architectural landmark built for the 2005 APEC Summit. From here, you can enjoy sweeping views of the sparkling ocean and the iconic Diamond Bridge stretching across the water. - The walk is approximately 1 km (0.6 miles) along a well‑maintained wooden deck that includes a few stair sections. If you prefer an easier route, a flat alternative path is also available, making the experience enjoyable for all visitors. - The time spent at each location may vary depending on the group’s pace.
Dalmaji-gil (Moontan Road): This scenic hillside next to Haeundae Beach is known as Dalmaji-gil, or Moontan Road, a beloved spot for both locals and visitors. As you drive along the winding coastal road, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the deep blue ocean, pine-covered slopes, and the striking line of modern skyscrapers that shape Haeundae’s skyline. In spring, the road becomes even more magical as the cherry blossom lane bursts into bloom, creating a beautiful pink canopy along the way. It’s one of the most picturesque drives in Busan, offering a perfect blend of nature and city scenery.
Haedong Yonggungsa Buddhist Temple (Temple of the Dragon Palace): One of Busan’s most beloved and iconic attractions, Haedong Yonggungsa is a rare seaside temple built dramatically along the rocky shoreline. As you approach, you’ll be greeted by peaceful bamboo groves and the sound of waves crashing against the cliffs. The path leads you through a series of stone statues and viewpoints before you descend the 108 steps, symbolizing the cleansing of earthly desires. At the bottom, the temple opens up to breathtaking ocean views, creating a serene and spiritual atmosphere that feels worlds away from the city. - There are 108 stair steps to reach the temple area, but a ramp is also available as an alternative. - The time spent at each location may vary depending on the group’s pace.
Gwangan Bridge (Diamond Bridge): During the tour, we’ll cross the famous Gwangandaegyo Bridge, often called the Diamond Bridge—one of Busan’s most iconic landmarks. Stretching elegantly over the ocean between Haeundae and Gwangalli, the bridge offers fantastic panoramic views of the coastline, the city skyline, and the sparkling blue water below. On a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of Tsushima Island in Japan far out on the horizon. As we drive across, you’ll get a unique perspective of Busan’s blend of modern architecture and natural beauty, making it a memorable highlight of the journey.
Songdo Skywalk: Songdo Beach holds a special place in history as Korea’s very first public beach, opened in 1913. Today, it’s known for its beautiful coastline and the famous Songdo Skywalk—a curved, glass-bottom walkway that lets you stroll right above the sea. As you walk along the sky-blue path, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of Yeongdo Island, the surrounding cliffs, and the sparkling beach below. It’s a refreshing and scenic experience that feels both relaxing and adventurous at the same time. - The walk is approximately 360 meters (0.2 miles) on a flat, easy path. - Please note that the Skywalk may close temporarily during strong winds or heavy rain for safety. - The time spent at each location may vary depending on the group’s pace.
Gamcheon Culture Village: This colorful hillside village is one of Busan’s most iconic destinations, known for its maze-like alleys, vibrant murals, and charming pastel houses stacked along the slopes. Once a quiet residential area tucked away in a hidden valley, it has transformed into a lively artistic community filled with creative installations, small galleries, and quirky shops. As you explore, you’ll get a glimpse of how the local residents and artists worked together to turn the old village into a bright, international cultural landmark while still preserving its warm, lived‑in atmosphere. - The walking route is about 600 meters (0.4 miles) along a mostly flat street. If you prefer to take it easy, there are plenty of benches, cafés, and viewpoints where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. - The time spent at each location may vary depending on the group’s pace.
Jagalchi Fish Market: As the largest fish market in Korea, Jagalchi is a vibrant and lively place where you can experience Busan’s seafood culture at its fullest. The market is bustling with energy—vendors calling out, fresh catches displayed on colorful stalls, and an incredible variety of sea creatures swimming in tanks. From fish and shellfish to octopus and crabs, the market is truly alive, offering a fascinating look at the daily rhythm of life by the sea. It’s a place where tradition, livelihood, and the ocean come together, giving you an authentic glimpse into the heart of Busan’s fishery lifestyle. - The time spent at each location may vary depending on the group’s pace.
BIFF Square: Located right across from Jagalchi Fish Market, BIFF Square is one of downtown Busan’s liveliest and most iconic areas. Originally established to celebrate the Busan International Film Festival, the square is now a bustling hub filled with street food stalls, local vendors, and a wide variety of shops. As you wander through the busy pedestrian streets, you can sample famous Busan snacks, browse unique souvenirs, and soak in the energetic atmosphere that blends cinema culture with everyday local life. It’s a great place to enjoy a taste of Busan—both literally and culturally. - The time spent at each location may vary depending on the group’s pace.
Gukje Market: Located just steps away from BIFF Square, Gukje Market is one of Korea’s largest and most historic open‑air markets. With more than 1,500 shops and stalls, the market is a lively maze of narrow alleys filled with everything from clothing and household goods to traditional snacks and handmade items. As you wander through the bustling lanes, you’ll experience the warm, down‑to‑earth atmosphere that reflects Busan’s local culture and daily life. It’s a great place to browse, bargain, taste local treats, and discover unique finds you won’t see in typical shopping districts. - The time spent at each location may vary depending on the group’s pace.

Our guide Suni and our driver were so caring and took us to wonderful sites. One favorite visit was the Art Street where we bought some wonderful art by local artists.
Mimi was amazing! She had so much information about Busan that we loved hearing. She was so flexible and let us change our tour to fit our needs. Thanks for the great day! 😀
We had a great experience with Jino who picked us up from our cruise ship for a day out in Busan. Jino modified our itinerary to suit the shorter port day and packed in most of the major sites around Busan. He assisted us with a delicious lunch and was attentive and thoughtful in explaining what was happening at each point. The tour did not feel rushed but yet we saw a lot of the city
Moon was a terrific guide and very knowledgeable. We had an amazing day and saw so many wonderful sites. Moons vehicle was also so nice, clean and comfortable. We had the best day.
Our day in Busan was truly one of the highlights of our trip, and we cannot recommend this tour highly enough. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Booking the tour was simple and stress-free, and BK was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout the process. Every question was answered promptly, communication was excellent, and we felt well taken care of even before we arrived in Busan. Once we met our guide, Young, the experience became even more memorable. From the moment we met him, Young was friendly, courteous, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we wanted to experience and was flexible throughout the day, accommodating last-minute changes and helping us make the most of every moment. When we decided we wanted to take a walk along the beach to see the awe-inspiring sandcastle exhibition, he happily adjusted our schedule and made it happen. We were so impressed with his service and enjoyed his company so much that we invited him to join us for lunch—and we're so glad we did. His guidance transformed our Korean BBQ experience from simply a meal into a cultural experience. He helped us navigate the menu, explained the different dishes, showed us the authentic Korean way to enjoy the meal, and provided fascinating cultural context throughout. He encouraged us to step outside our comfort zones and sample authentic Korean cuisine we may have otherwise overlooked. Young also taught us several Korean words and phrases, explained regional pronunciation differences, and answered every question we had with patience and enthusiasm. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for sharing Korean culture made him an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. The itinerary itself was fantastic. The day spa was an incredible experience, with its variety of heated baths, relaxation rooms, and an amazing Korean massage and scrub that left us feeling completely refreshed. The Korean BBQ was delicious and memorable, and our walk along the beach was a wonderful surprise. The sandcastle exhibition was breathtaking—majestic works of art that beautifully showcased Korean history and cultural memories in awe-inspiring detail. Young didn't just guide us through Busan; he helped us experience it in a meaningful and authentic way. We left feeling like we had gained not only a deeper appreciation for Korea, but also a new friend. A huge thank you to both BK and Young for making our visit so special. This tour exceeded every expectation we had and was worth every penny. If you're considering a tour in Busan, stop looking and book this one. We would absolutely do it again. 10/10 experience. Highly recommended.
Wonderful small group tour of Busan with Leo. He showed us sights that were uncrowded with great views of the city as well as the popular ones. He made good use of the limited time we had in port including time for a great lunch and trying street food.
Away from the crowds and places not accessible by big buses. Interesting history at the APEC centre and great views of Busan.
Scott was phenomenal one of the best tours we had in all of Korea. It was a pleasure to be with him all day. He shared so many insights about the city, took his places that were absolutely stunning not so touristy and we ended with a great recommendation for lunch. I give it a 12 out of 10 it was great.
A lovely experience with our guide Jino . Highly recommend this trip .
