I always enjoy the self...

I always enjoy the self guided tours. They give helpful information and the gps is valuable in places with poor cell service.

Operator response

Great value and easy to use

We thoroughly enjoyed the self-guided audio tour of Olympic National Park. The app was easy to download and use, and we appreciated how the GPS feature provided navigation instructions while also telling us interesting facts about the areas where we were driving. The views were stunning and we were thrilled when the app notified us of the places we should pull over for pictures. The only downside was that our journey was cut short when we arrived to a part of the park that was closed. Since the rest of our tour was dependent upon going through a gate we could not enter, we had to abandon the last few stops. We wished the app had a way of rerouting in unfortunate situations like these. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this self-guided tour to others.

Operator response

Lauren, glad you enjoyed my Olympic National Park driving audio tour. Those pull-over photo alerts are favorites of mine, too. I’m sorry your trip was cut short by a park closure; those can pop up unexpectedly, so checking the official park updates before heading out can help. The good news is your tour stays valid for a full year, so you can come back and finish the remaining stops when the area reopens, and if you’d like another Washington adventure in the meantime, you might enjoy my North Cascades, Mount Rainier, or Seattle tours.

Very informative & well worth the money

Enjoyable, easy to follow with starting with the Olympic National Park but would have been nice to have a better understanding of the true duration of going on the walks/hikes & taking pictures. Also, would have been nice to know how far away the Hoh Rainforest was from the end of the Olympic National Park segment… that was not clear. It was very informative & well worth the $.

Operator response

Judy, I’m glad to hear that you found my Olympic National Park Self-Guided Driving Audio Tour informative and worth the cost. I appreciate your suggestion to include more details about the duration of walks and hikes, as well as taking pictures. I’ll definitely keep that in mind to make future experiences even better. Regarding the Hoh Rainforest, I understand how clearer information on the distances between segments would be helpful, and I’ll work to improve that detail. If you need further assistance or have additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out—I’m available daily from 9 to 6 EST.

Poor information quality and technology

Pretty bad. With carplay, this app didn’t start the audio where it had the recordings for - Most of the times. Also when it did, the quality of the information provided was pretty poor compared to the expectations. I have used Viator for many trips in the past but this one was an odd one out. Certainly waste of money

Operator response

Bhushan, I’m sorry to hear the tour didn’t meet your expectations. Currently, my tours don’t fully support CarPlay. However, you can still connect to your car’s stereo as an alternative. My team is actively working on CarPlay integration. Starting from the first point usually ensures smooth playback, as the audio plays automatically along the route. I’d genuinely appreciate any details on what felt lacking in the content, as your feedback will help me improve. If you need help with another tour or have questions, I’m here daily from 9 to 6 and happy to assist.

I wouldn't.

Not worth the money at all, very brief statements along the way. Not much good info and expected more based on description.

Operator response

Steven, I am sorry to hear you were expecting more from my Olympic tour. I offer a "Learn More" section in the app, providing deeper insights on each stop for you to explore at your own pace. If you have any specific content you feel is missing, please share it; I would be happy to consider it for future updates. Thank you for your feedback.
