The guide had problems with the language and also in the sense that he repeated the same things several times.
Dear Patrizia_C, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that the guide’s communication did not meet your expectations and that the explanations felt repetitive. We understand how important clear and engaging commentary is to the overall tour experience. Your comments are valuable and will be reviewed as part of our ongoing efforts to improve service quality. Ronny was a great tour guide. I did not realize I had actually scheduled a private tour, but Ronny made that experience great. We had a great time and he was so knowledgeable and accommodating. We saw some spectacular sights and he made the entire tour fun. We also visited several venues he pointed out along the way. Great experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a great tour.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re delighted to hear that Ronny made your private tour so enjoyable and memorable. It’s wonderful that his knowledge, friendliness, and guidance added so much to your visit. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you on another tour in the future!
Very bad experience, we went to the meeting point and the guide was not presented, we waited, we wrote and nothing....by the time they answered we had already resolved on our own taking a tourist bus.....we had the limited time because we were traveling later to Québec..., I hope Viator minimum refund without problems.
Dear Carmen, We are very sorry for what happened and sincerely regret that you were not able to meet with the guide at the meeting point. We completely understand your frustration, especially with your limited time before traveling on to Quebec. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can provide you with a much better experience in the future. Best regards, RosoTravel Team
