Our tour guide, Katia, was very friendly and so knowledgeable about Quebec’s history. Led us all around the city and gave us plenty of time to explore on our own before heading back. The bus was comfortable and the driver was personable.
This is a great way to get a feel for if you would like to return and visit again. I will definitely visit Quebec another time!
A long day but great experience in seeing Quebec city. The local guide was good. The bus driver that took us to and from Montreal provided zero commentary, I expected some commentary on the long drive.
This was a wonderful trip! The pace of the day was very comfortable to travel with kids. The guide was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting facts. Would highly recommend this experience.
Serg was a phenomenal driver and kept us informed. The guide we had in Quebec was passionate to share the history of Quebec. Such a beautiful city and everything was worth it! Thanks for an awesome day!
I was never picked up, did not experience the tour. If you do NOT make the confirmation call before the 24 hour time frame disregard any subsequent emails about your ticket, confirmation or pick up arrangements, it is not happening. And the office receiving your confirmation call is open only during banker’s hours. Disappointing disparity between digital and analog communication. Bottom line: make the phone call to confirm your tour arrangements.
Driver and Tour guide were excellent. Well looked after and trip ran smoothly. Don’t forget cash money for gratuity. Pick up was really early for what was a 7 minute walk.
The bus left without us. We waited out in front of our hotel as scheduled but the bus never showed up. Apparently, even though they confirmed several times with me through text and email, we were supposed to additionally call 24 hours in advance to confirm that they were coming to pick us up. My fault? In the end, I guess it was. Still waiting for a refund that at the moment they’re refusing to give me.
Going to Quebec City then Monmorency Falls then back to Quebec City wasted too much time. The guide talked far too much.
It was a great experience and very informative. They also gave us so much time to stroll around the area which is great.
