I had a harrowing experience. I reached the starting point at 8:30am (30 mins before the start time) and waited for someone to show up. At 8:40 I messaged customer care, the representative shared the local tour operator number which was invalid. Even she couldnt get a response. I waited till 9:20am but viator couldn’t contact the local tour operator. I had paid full in advance and it was mentioned as a non refundable trip. Now I am following up for the money. I couldnt have rescheduled this tour to another day as I was visiting from another city and had a flight to catch. It was extremely disappointing. I have used viator several times outside India and always recommended to others. But after this experience I am not so sure anymore. But I do hope that my money will be refunded, thats the least they can do after ruining my day.
Lot of things have to do here. Most of the things are very good. Very good experience here. Good behaviour of the supporting stuff.
