Includes complimentary use of a handheld audio device, a detailed tour map, and earbuds you can take home with you, giving you the flexibility to explore on your own schedule while enjoying a rich, guided experience. This experience DOES NOT include tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial. Sign up for the USS Arizona Standby Queue located at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center if you do not have advanced reservation boat tickets for the USS Arizona Memorial. Standby Queue signup is free. Reserve your boat ticket in advance at recreation.gov ($1 reservation fee per ticket).

- The Pearl Harbor Visitor Center has a no bag policy. Any bags, packages, or containers that offer concealment (e.g., purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage) that exceed the dimensions of 1.25" x 2.25" x 5.5" are not allowed. The Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum operates a baggage storage facility near the visitor center entrance, with a fee for all sizes, including luggage. This storage can be used for visits to all Pearl Harbor Historic Sites.
- Open 362 days a year, closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
- The Boat Ticket to the USS Arizona Memorial is NOT included with this Multimedia Tour. Reserve your Boat Ticket ahead of time at recreation.gov ($1 reservation fee per ticket) or join the free USS Arizona Memorial Standby Queue upon arrival at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.
