Such a full day with numerous experiences. Our guide was Baltazar, an excellent guide that provided us with a wonderful day!
The tour itself was a great experience, our guide Baltazar was friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend having towels and a face cover for the off road and beach. If not you will be paying extra.
Thanks for the review Ester! Hope to see you again soon.
Extra cost to take ferry to Cozumel and they don't pickup at Ferry landing.........so then you have the cost of a taxi to Carl;s Jr. meeting place. Agent was on time and very friendly once we arrived the trip itself was awesome and fun. Lunch was very good at the restaurant and there was a lot of shops there also for shopping. However after they take you back to meeting spot"Carls Jr." then it's another taxi back to Ferry and another Ferry ticket back to Playa del Carmen. And the Ferry changed it's schedule at last minute and had to wait an extra hour waiting.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we have no control over Ferry’s costs and schedules. We’ll take your comments about the meeting point into consideration so that we can keep improving.
The entire day was fun & interesting! Our guide was personable, friendly, & knowledgeable! Definitely Recommend!
Thank you for the recommendation Judy! Hope we see you again soon!

Thanks for the review! Hope to see you again soon.
Very unorganized and almost no communication back after trying over 10 times to get a hold of anyone. They did not call until last minute. Cancelled trip
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience Jeff. We really value your comments and we’ll take them into consideration so that we can keep improving.
Worst excursion in the history of excursions. The Mayan ruins were ok, but the above picture is not what you see, a few rocks, wooden structures and that's it. Across the street to get three small tacos and NO FREE WATER REFILLS. Followed by roughly 1.5 hours of trying to sell you chocolate and tequila. Finally had to walk a mile.... that's right a MILE to the beach to snorkel... wait for it... one hour to swim then home. Granted, due to a triathlon, we had to walk, but only an hour snorkeling, not to mention everyone and their mother has a handout for a tip. Worst of all, a photographer was all over us taking pictures in the ocean. We agreed to buy out pics for $40, but he downloaded someone else... NOT EVEN US?????? Save your money, drop in the ocean, get stung by a jelly fish, certainly less painful..... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!
We are sorry your experience was not what you expected, we are working yo improve our service 🙂
Walter was our guide and he was so good. He was kind, knowledgeable and made all parts of this trip a delight. At San Gervasio he connected us with a guide, Raul, who was so interesting and educational. If you love history, Raul is your man. I really loved the whole tour and the gentlemen who guided us
First there was some confusion on the meeting spot. We were contacted beforehand about what hotel we were staying at but after received no responses through the app about where we could meet or get picked up even after I reached out a few times. On the day of we could not contact the tour operator and no one was at the said meeting spot in the app instructions. We finally got through after calling customer service a couple of times. The “dune buggy” was a gutted VW Jetta and it was fun but not what we were expecting. Our tour guide was super cool and funny! The ATV and cenote was amazing and lots of fun! We were taken to a tequila tasting afterwards that wasn’t advertised as part of the excursion and felt very salesy and asked to buy bottles. We did not snorkel at all and it wasn’t even mentioned so that was very disappointing. I don’t think I would buy this excursion again knowing what I know now. We got a better excursion package through our hotel we stayed at for the same amount of money and no hidden fees.
Sorry for the inconvenience Charrell, we Will try yo do better! Thanks for the review.
No one showed up, we were scheduled for 8:30 was told to arrive 30 minutes prior and we did just that. No one was here and Niobe but another couple was here at 0830 but no one from the crew was here.
Sorry for the inconvenience Jennifer, we are very sorry.
