Amazing staff! Very friendly & helpful. An amazing experience & would definitely do again! It started to rain when we arrived & soon came thunder & lighting. Staff informed us we could wait it out or come back. They ended up calling when the rain stopped & we were good to go back to jet ski. They walked us through what to & what not to do. The waves were amazing & we got good air time. You ride by yourself if thats what you booked for. You can also purchase a drone to record you while you ride or purchase a waterproof phone case which I ended up doing. I got a few good pictures & videos. We did end up having to purchase a boating license which was ab $14 per person which we didn’t know prior to booking, but other than that they were very open about what is & what isn’t included/needs to be paid for when you get there.

Absolutely had the BEST TIME!!! The crew was so helpful going over protocol, procedure, and just making sure we knew what we were doing. 10/10 will be going again!

I feel so lucky we found these guys on Viator! I was taking my nephew for his first jet ski experience, and these gentlemen were beyond fantastic to work with. Christian greeted us and helped us get through the release forms easily, and Gino got us set up for the fun. We watched Gino & Frank help other riders back to shore, and everyone was all smiles. Instructions were clear, equipment was in great repair, and Gino provided tons of encouragement and reassurance. We had a fantastic time, and cannot recommend these gentlemen enough. Park across the street in the free lot, walk through the lobby, then off to the left of the pools, around the bar and shops.

The water was so bad and dangerous and we had no idea. We told them we never rode before and they still encouraged us to go. They would not refund and we never rode. We told them we couldn't swim and it's our first time but still tried to encourage us to go in dangerous conditions. While leaving other experienced tourist told us they should not have let us even attempt to go. Very terrible service. Not even a partial refund for never riding. Jet ski even hit one person in the head while trying to get on from the wind. Twice!

Great Place Recommended for anyone who really wants to enjoy!!!!! Easygoing friendly staff!! They were very helpful and clear with the instructions.

These guys we fantastic all the way around! We were in for the Thanksgiving weekend and had such a great time Friday we returned for another run on Sunday. The process was smooth, quick and painless, and we were on the water without any delays. Would 100% return, and 10000% recommend!

Chris WAS AWESOME!! HE WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE AND WAS VERY PATIENT. ADAM MICHAEL AND CHRIS WERE AMAZING WE WENT TWICE BACK TO BACK. ILL BE USING THESE GUYS IN THE FUTURE
