Your Pearl Harbor Tour begins when our guides meet you at the lobby of your hotel. During your tour with us you will: Listen to a lecture done by a historian of the attack of Pearl Harbor - Enjoy the presentation by one of trained tour guides at Pearl Harbor visitor Center - Watch a documentary on the attack - Take a Boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial - Visit two Indoors museums - Walk around the outdoor display
Our tour guides will drive you through Punchbowl National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific known as the" Arlington of the Pacific" where you will enjoy the view of Honolulu and learn about this peaceful and beautiful place where our soldiers rest.
You will learn about Hawaiian History by visiting the grounds of Hawaii’s most popular landmarks such as the Statue of King Kamehameha and Iolani Palace

IF YOU WILL HAVE LUGGAGE ON THIS TOUR, YOU MUST CONTACT US AT THE TIME OF BOOKING FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. Please note that we do our best to provide you your tour for the time you selected, however, pick up times can vary from 7:30 am to 10:30 am depending on the availability of tickets to the USS Arizona. You will receive a text message the evening before your tour with your finalized pick up time and additional important information about visiting Pearl Harbor. If you can’t find your hotel on the list, please send us a message. We pick up from all hotels in Waikiki, and we also offer pick-up in Honolulu and Kaneohe. Ko Olina is outside of our pick-up perimeter, so for guests staying in Ko Olina, we arrange a designated meet-up location. Please note that, due to federal Pearl Harbor regulations, we cannot meet guests directly at Pearl Harbor. Transportation is part of the tour experience and included in the rest of the itinerary.

Our driver and tour guide, Riley, was super friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and accommodating! This tour was perfect for our family (2 kids ages 14 & 11) - enough time to appreciate the site & monuments, but not too long to make them bored.
The ticket stated 9am. But the tour guide without informing us, made it at 8 am. Apparently a bigger group had to be back early. We are told to be ready at 7:40;am. It's supposed to be 4 hours. It was 3.
Corey did an excellent job of educating us on the back story before we arrived at the Pearl Harbour Memorial Centre. If you are booking ask for Corey!
This tour did not deliver what it promised. Our family booked the Oahu: Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial small group tour. Our itinerary was for a tour that started at 9am with 30 minutes at the Iolani Palace and 15 minutes at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. We were picked up at 9:30am and driven past the Iolani Palace on the way to Pearl Harbor without stopping. The National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific was skipped entirely. Our tour guide was sick, coughing frequently while giving only a little bit of information. When we got to Pearl Harbor, we were limited on time. We got to see the USS Arizona Memorial but were rushed with having only a total of 20 remaining minutes to visit the 2 museums. The tour company did not take us back to our hotel. Instead, we had an Uber driver, who gave us more information about Honolulu and Pearl Harbor than our tour guide had. We were offered a 30% discount and were told that we should be grateful that they had not cancelled our tour. We paid $100 per person for this tour. In the end, we could have saved money by hiring an Uber to transport us to and from Pearl Harbor. The tickets for the USS Arizona are only $1 and are not difficult to obtain when booking the trip over 2 months in advance, as we did. In the end, we felt disappointed and like they had taken advantage of us. Our family has booked over a dozen Viator tours (including 4 on this trip alone). We have always rated them with 5 stars, except for this one. The tour company, Personalized Hawaii Vacations and Tours simply did not live up to the high quality Viator tours we have experienced in the past.

While we understand that the day did not feel as expected, our team did make efforts to complete the key parts of the itinerary, including the visit/stop connected to Iolani Palace and the USS Arizona Memorial experience at Pearl Harbor. We also arranged and covered the Uber transportation back to your hotel to make sure your family returned safely and comfortably, and to help address the inconvenience experienced that day. That said, we understand that the timing, pace, and overall experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for that. We also regret that the 30% discount offered did not feel sufficient to resolve your concerns. Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to continue improving our communication, timing, and guest experience. We value the trust guests place in us when booking a tour, and we are sorry this experience did not reflect the level of service you expected.
Bring a water bottle. Snacks are available. Visit the USS Arizona and then see movie. If possible try to visit the USS Missouri too. Awesome experience.
Take the more private tour, it’s so nice. Your had our tickets for Pearl Harbor. Expressway was closed due to two accidents, our driver routed around the problem and had us there in plenty of time, we wouldn’t have been able to do that. Guide had a lot of helpful tips. Took us on 4 more quick stops a very nice 4 hour tour for a great price.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. It was informative and engaging. The time at Pearl Harbor was emotional, and the tour around Honolulu was great.
Need another option if u have already went to the capital Have a scenic route so people can go through the tunnels to the other side of the island My guide was the best truly went above and beyond
The small group tour was the way to go for sure! We had a wonderful guide (I'm sorry for forgetting his name!) who had all sorts of fun and interesting facts to tell us about both before and after Pearl Harbor. Lots of Hawaiian history and of course information about the time leading up to the bombing and what to expect at Pearl Harbor the day of. Truly a great way to tour the memorial.
