Either book a tour or plan for at least 2 hours there

We had just spent 30 minutes walking here on our last visit. This time we booked a tour. We really enjoyed this so much more. We also couldn't believe how many shops there are here.

Laura’s Grand Central is Grand

This is the best tour of its type that I have done. Laura was the ideal guide, well prepared with visual aids on her ipad and word perfect in her presentation. If you gave any interest in Grand Central’s story, I can highly recommend.

History of Grand Central Station.

There’s a lot of history to GCS but it’s interesting. I liked seeing parts of GCS that one would never know existed. It is a beautiful terminal and amazing it was built during the Great Depression. Through the help of Jacqueline Kennedy and others, GCS survived and was rescued from collapsing due to the downfall of the train industry.

Great history on a historic transportation hub.

The tour guide Cullen was great! The history was very interesting and he pointed out hidden facts about the structure and restoration efforts. The tour was perfect at 90 min. Highly suggested if you like history and grand NY architecture.

A Fascinating Look at the Hidden History of Grand Central

The Secrets of Grand Central Station Tour was one of the highlights of our trip to New York City. Although Grand Central is already an impressive landmark, this tour revealed so many hidden details and stories that we never would have discovered on our own. From the famous Whispering Gallery to the hidden passages, architectural details, and fascinating historical facts, every stop offered something new and interesting. Our guide was excellent—knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history of Grand Central. They shared stories that brought the station to life and made us appreciate this iconic New York landmark even more. The tour was well paced, easy to follow, and perfect for both first-time visitors and those who have visited Grand Central before. If you enjoy history, architecture, or uncovering hidden gems, I highly recommend this tour. It completely changed the way we viewed Grand Central Station and gave us a much deeper appreciation for one of New York City's most beautiful and historic places.

Wow! Now I know what I’m seeing!

It was so informative. Entering into Grand Central Terminal will be a more meaningful experience from now on! Micky was amazing: knowledgeable, kind, friendly, funny but not too much! Sometimes tour guides go overboard. She was just right!

Great tour of Grand Central

Tour of Grand Central Terminal (Station) was terrific. Laura, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and personable. I was wondering how the tour could last 1 1/2 hours, but there was plenty to learn. The time went quickly. It was a lot of fun.
