This tour far exceeded my expectations. There is something truly powerful about hearing the history of Stonewall while standing exactly where it unfolded. I was particularly struck by the stories of the many unsung figures whose names often get left out of the history books. As an ally, I’m always looking to deepen my knowledge, and this experience provided me with the historical facts and context needed to confidently speak up against misinformation and homophobia.
Thank you so much for this positive review! We loved having you on tour! 🌈
Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and brought so much energy to the experience; it made the entire hour feel engaging, meaningful, and fun from start to finish. Exploring the village was truly special. I already knew the area was iconic, but I was blown away by how much more there was to learn about LGBTQ+ history. If you're visiting New York City and want something impactful but easy to fit into your schedule, this tour is perfect.
