- The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
- This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
- Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

It was an Awesome experience. We did the tour on Memorial Day so we was unable to go pass the Statue of Liberty

It was very useful, but when I saw one of the company's employees in Times Square he converted my Viator booking into bus tickets. He said it didn't cover us for the Empire State Building which it clearly did. Then he wanted a tip from me for sorting the tickets. Not very professional or ethical really.

Not all the personnel staff were very helpful or friendly (there were some good ones though), and be prepared for long wait times at bus stops. Otherwise, the buses were clean and it was a good way to see the sights; the ones with friendly staff and drivers made it quite enjoyable.

Great time. We were able to see both "extras" with enough time . Big Bus was fine. Staff was very helpful in directing us where we needed to be.

This is a must. The easiest way to see the sights and well worth the money. Everyone was very helpful and friendly
It does precisely what it says. The tour bus stops at all the important landmarks. No problems rejoining later on in the day and there seemed to be a regular flow of buses resulting in less lost time.

Definitely recommended! The best was the driver and guide Jimmy, who does his job with passion. The stops are easy to find and if you look online beforehand, there are always some discount campaigns, e.g. I found a promotion 2 for 1 at Groupon and was able to use the voucher also on the terrace in the 100th. Floor of "The Edge."

I have done Bug Bus tours in London, Paris, & New Orleans and thoroughly pleased. But the NYCity bus tour was a total waste of money as it crept along because of traffic, you can't see anything because of the tall buildings and the most horrible part was the recorded narration; which was a silly banter back-and-forth of a man and woman in a stupid idiotic teasing each other, not giving you what you wanted to hear about the city - also it was almost unable to understand because of the static. I was so very disappointed as this was my first trip to New York City, and my money & time was wasted on this tour.

We were really looking forward to this ,the ride on the bus was only just over an hr ,alot shorter than advertised, we were giving headphones ,but very quiet made no sense ,I wouldn't do it again it was not as advertised
