Fun experience but the bikes take a bit of time to learn. We rode Citibikes while in town as well which were a bit easier to hop on and go without lurching - Even on 0 setting they take off suddenly. Would rent again tho
E-bike is the way to go. They made the whole process so easy. Pick-up, instructions, everything perfect Definitely recommend!!
Great experience! Loved the e-bikes! Would highly recommend for anyone traveling to New York. Great way to see Central Park!
It was great! Bikes were awesome. Easy to pick up and drop off bikes. Well maintained and clean. We buzzed all through Central Park!
Busy place. Staff great. Close to Central Park. Given nice map to follow. Make sure you understand the bike path directions in park.
We rented two electric bikes at unlimited biking in NYC for a full day, when we picked them up it turned out that the bike was quite big for my stature. Too big a frame for a woman and also a high bar so getting on was already a challenge. The saddle had to be on the lowest position so I could just touch the ground with my toes (getting on and off was not an option given the size and the bar) but this forced me to cycle with my knees bent sharply. I went straight back into the shop when we went outside but there was only a child model. Within 4 hours we were back because it was almost impossible to do but we did not get any compensation for the costs, we had to try that via email. Also there no refund only we got t offer to rent a bike for 2 hours for free🫣. Poor Service and also the little things that do t’em like a trouser clamp because of open chain case and a clamp for your phone due to navigation were not present. My bike computer was dangling from one screw. All in all not a best experience and expensive for what you get (having to pay a few things on the spot in insurance) , so no more unlimited biking for us.
The tour was so great and our guide Eddy told us a lot of things about the Brooklyn Bridge and the history with so much passion. If you visit New York and you like cycling, this tour is a must.
Was great fun on the eBikes and Debra was a fantastic guide, touring us through Harlem and down the edge of the Hudson River.
We had a super time on the bikes in Central Park, Casey looked after us beautifully and we enjoyed ourselves! Great service and value for money!
Nice welcome at first glance. We had the Explorer pass. Insisting that we take electric bikes, so to speak it goes up we preferably need them! . ok but at $20 more each bike. we came around 3:30 for a day rental with the Explorer pass. not possible to negotiate one or two electric bikes when we will take them bikes from 3:30 p.m. at the end of the day instead of the opening at the end of the day. she wanted us to bring the bikes back at 5:10 p.m. for a closing at 6 p.m.!! it took hard negotiation for her to change the time on the ticket. Not very cool NADA!
