Know that they can check in early if the guide is there, because they can go inside on their own for the first 30 minutes.
The tour is misleading, the name of the experience gives the impression you are taken inside the cathedral and shown around, but the tour consists of standing outside whilst they talk about the history of Notre Dame. We were also given misleading information regarding the wait time to get inside. The tour guide said it would be 20 minutes but it was closer to an hour. It was not worth the price they were charging, I would not recommend.

You are a scam. Notre Dame officials told me you are a scam. You never showed up to everything we booked with you.
Hello, you booked exactly one tour with us. We had multiple guides on site and even waited extra time for your group to arrive, but you never showed up at the designated meeting point. We did not need to “show up” anywhere—you were required to be at the meeting point at the scheduled time. You never contacted us for assistance, and now you are making baseless claims that we are a “scam.” Hundreds of guests join our tours successfully using the same booking instructions. Please stick to the facts.
