Canceled. Tour organizer tried to contact by email, not seen because traveling, but Viator sent email afterwards confirming. Organizer did bring in someone last minute to conduct golf cart tour which was good and personalized.

Not a good choice … AVOID

Tried to call all day to cancel phone kept going back to the same menu , drove over to the location , it is not in downtown , parking is ridiculous, you have to go into a bar to sit at a table though no one tells you any info , we asked bartenders what we were to do everyone including kids sit at the bar . We talked to Patrick(owner) told him we did not feelSafe and asked for a refund ,he refused ,though we have been trying all day to cancel ! He is rude and dismissive. Anytime a customer especially two women express a concern regarding their safety it should not be dismissed . He was drinking and very take it or leave it !! We were not the only people who felt this way !!!! We are out 75 bucks but certainly worth our safety ! NOT A FAMILY Environment ……

Operator response

I want to respond to this review because there are several things in it that are simply not accurate, and I think it’s important to clarify for anyone reading. First, regarding calling to cancel, our phone system has a very simple menu, and selecting option 1 goes directly to the tour department during business hours. We answer calls all day, every day, and cancellations are handled over the phone regularly. We did not receive a cancellation request from you prior to your arrival, and by the time you arrived in person, your tour was already scheduled and staffed, which is why a refund was not issued. Second, our location is clearly listed on our website, confirmation emails, Google, and Apple Maps. We are not located on Broadway, and we have never advertised that we are. Many of our guests actually prefer this because it is easier for loading and unloading and free parking! Regarding the bar — yes, our check-in location is inside a family-friendly establishment where guests check in via table tags located at the front of the building. Families with kids come through here all day, every day, and have for years without issue. As far as no one speaking with you. I apologize for that. The bartenders do their best to speak with every guest that comes through the door. Sometimes when its really busy, people get missed. When you spoke with me, I was not dismissive , I was firm about our cancellation policy, which is clearly stated at the time of booking and in the confirmation email. There is a difference between being dismissive and enforcing a policy that applies to all customers equally. I’m sorry if that made you upset. That said, we do always try to be fair and reasonable with people when situations come up, and we are always willing to talk things through. Safety is something we take very seriously, and we run tours for families, bachelorette parties, corporate groups, school groups, and visitors from all over the country every single day. To say this is “not a family environment” is simply not accurate and does not reflect what happens here on a daily basis. I’m sorry that you were unhappy with your experience, but the situation was not handled the way it is being described here. We did our best to explain the situation and our policies in person, and those policies are applied consistently and fairly to everyone. We genuinely want people to have a great time in Nashville, and it’s always unfortunate when a situation ends this way.

Breathtaking fun

it’s a great way to take in an overview of the vibrant night life while cruising by key sights of interest thst would be near impossible on your own due to traffic congestion and parking scarcity and expense. The ride down Broadway at night was the exhilarating highlight !

Bryce was great!

Great tour of the local area with some insider info on local hot spots and history. Bryce was knowledgeable and started it off a little Ozzy tribute. Good times and would go again!

Since we had children in...

Since we had children in our group, we felt it was poor taste of the guide to speak about the role prostitution played in the city. At least 4 lengthy references were made to this subject and I feel the tour should be labeled as an adult only tour if references to this subject are going to be mentioned. A clean tour would have been much more enjoyed and appreciated since I didn't intend to pay $60pp to hear about prostitution in Nashville. Other than that, the weather was perfect and the tour route was expansive around the downtown area. Seats could use cushions since they were hard and uncomfortable. Tour guide was knowledgeable about points of interest, yet as I mentioned, needs to keep it rated PG if kids are in the audience.

Operator response

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your recent tour with us. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful weather, found the route expansive, and appreciated your guide’s knowledge of Nashville’s points of interest. We’re sorry to hear that some of the historical context shared during your tour was not to your preference. Our guides strive to provide a well-rounded and informative experience, which sometimes includes discussing the city’s colorful past — including the role that certain industries, like prostitution, played in shaping Nashville’s history. We certainly understand that with children in the group, a more PG approach would have been appreciated, and we apologize if any part of the commentary was uncomfortable. Your feedback will help us ensure our guides are more mindful of their audience in the future. Regarding the seating, we understand that comfort is key, and we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience. We’ll be sure to take your comments into consideration as we continue making updates. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future.
