The Opry doesn’t disappoint. Great music and ambience. Scotty McCreary was wonderful, and the audience respectful. The staff is friendly and helpful. One item off the bucket list!
Everything about the Opry surpassed our expectations ! We had a fabulous time… what a wonderful variety of performances we enjoyed … each performer was top of her/ his game and so friendly and hospitable to us folks from up north!
Whoever's been to Nashville should experience a country night. The Grand Ole Opry offers a nice mix between popularity and authenticity. It's not the biggest names performing there (you'll pay way over $95 per ticket, but the artists are definitely worth it.
I'm not much of a country music fan, but the Grand Ole Opry is a real institution, and since it's celebrating it's 100th year, I made sure to get a ticket during my recent trip to Nashville. The concert was great, and featured Ashley Cooke, Dailey & Vincent, and Jo Dee Messina, among others. Although there were six acts, the show moved along and lasted just over two hours, including intermission.
Getting out of the early show is a traffic nightmare. Cars coming in on top of cars going out. Many big churches have figured this out and Gaylord could learn from them.
Loved seeing facility. Disappointed in entertainers and song choices.
Must see when in Nashville So much better than I dreamed We enjoy all the performances and felt the history in the room
It's a beautiful venue and the artists are top notch. If you love country music, you get a feeling that goes thru your body when that stage lights up.
We had a great time at the show with Tanya Tucker. Wonderful seats. Friendly and helpful staff. Show included about six different performers. Show ran from approximately 7pm to 10pm that included an intermission. We did pre paid parking, and parking was easy.
If it’s your first time in Nashville, come here! It’s an amazing experience. I’m so glad I went as this was my first time in Nashville.
