It was great learning about the history and future of Nashville. The crew was very nice and professional. The only sour note was the bar running out of bottled water. With all the news coverage about the excessive heat this week, running out of bottled water is inexcusable.
We enjoyed it very much even though it was very hot. Anybody who thinks about going on it should go just be aware that it’s going to be hot. It was very nice on the river.
Very informative fun Trip on a really cool boat. Lots of sights to see and a relaxing way to kill a couple of hours
Boring! Rated the worst, most boring cruise I’ve ever taken! The only thing in sight was trees, grass, and of course water. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend! But staff was pleasant
It is magnificent the crew is super helpful and courteous .. my mom is 102 and they helped get her on board and off ! The narrative bass so I formative and the bar maid so cool under pressure .. go you won’t regret it ❤️
Overall it was a nice experience. The crew was very friendly and the music was beautiful. However we did pay a lot for essentially a cup of water and ice that was supposed to be a drink.
This trip is awful, there is nothing to see other than concrete works and petroleum. The journey stunk of sewage. Don’t waste your money and if you do get there early or you won’t get a seat. The staff and boat are nice, but this is the only positive.
Lovely boat ride on the river Cumberland. Such a great way to spend a couple of hours. The narration was good and the singer was fabulous. I remember him from American Idol so top notch. Highly recommended.
No prompt help for those with mobility issues which delayed our place in line, which made for later boarding and fewer seat choices, which led to sitting in the enclosed dining room, which made it impossible to hear the announcer’s narrative about what the ship was passing or the history of the river because people talked too loud.. No one heard the emergency instructions ahead of departure. And the ship’s staff never suggested that people be quiet or remind them to listen. The staff happily sold drinks and let the mayhem continue.
The staff were great and very helpful! I loved hearing the history.
