- Check is 15 minutes before the start of the tour time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.
- All passenger weights MUST be input at time of booking. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No exceptions. No refunds will be given if over the weight limits.
- Closed toed shoes are required for all participants. (Crocs and water shoes are okay)
- This activity is open to participants aged 6 and up. Non-participants or spectators are welcome to watch the activity free of charge.

Experience here was wonderful, had lots of fun doing a nighttime ninja course. Just wish it was longer. Shout out to our guide Keilana definitely made our experience more fun and enjoyable.
The Adventure Tower was a horrible experience. They gave my daughter malfunctioned equipment and she was too afraid to continue the course because of it and the spotter refused to help... Also they only rely on their clips for safety... NO safety net below the Adventure tower. Poor safety management.
We take safety extremely seriously at Coral Crater, which is why every guest is clipped into a double-line safety system that prevents falls at all times. There was no malfunctioning equipment. What actually happened is that the child became nervous when her parent got involved before our trained guides could assist. Our staff was attentive, patient, and ready to help—but sometimes the hardest part of an adventure course is letting participants learn how to trust themselves. For anyone reading this: we do not use safety nets because our professional equipment and systems are designed to make them unnecessary. Thousands of guests complete the Adventure Tower safely every year under the supervision of our trained guides. We encourage parents to let our staff do their jobs so their kids can build confidence and have a positive experience.
This was an amazing experience with really challenging obstacles. Everyone in our group had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!!!
