Pickup Locations & Times
For pick-ups from JFK and EWR airports, a 60-minute buffer is applied to your scheduled pick-up time to allow for a smooth experience. These are high-traffic airports, and the buffer ensures you have enough time to clear immigration and collect your luggage. Please note: This service does not include a meet-and-greet sign. However, our driver will actively contact you and provide dedicated guidance to ensure a smooth pickup. Our driver will be waiting for you in the respective pick-up zone. Please follow the instructions according to your arrival terminal: Terminal 1: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. We will meet you at Gate G. Terminal 4: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. We will meet you at Gate C3. Terminal 5: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. Take the lift to the arrival level, and we will meet you at Gate 3. Terminal 7: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. We will meet you at the arrival hall. Terminal 8: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. We will meet you at the arrival hall.

All the travel details were offered in advance and they were very clear. The driver was very prompt, he was waiting for us at Arrival and was very easy to identify because our name was clearly marked on a tablet. The driver was very polite and was driving very carefully, avoiding careless drivers around and making for us a very pleasant start of holiday.

After delays at the airport, we was concerned that we had missed our pick up slot at our destination, but it was lovely and comforting that our driver has the flight tracker and picked us up as soon as we came out of arrivals.
