This evening jazz cruise is a great way to experience New Orleans' beauty and culture. As you steam ahead, soak in breathtaking views of the city skyline while enjoying a New Orleans cultural experience – a live jazz performance performed by the New Orleans band Dukes of Dixieland, a Grammy nominee. Enjoy dining inside or outside on a delectable Louisiana-style buffet dinner including prime rib, chicken, pasta and salad. Two separate dining times give you the flexibility to enjoy the evening at your own pace. Please Note: The price displayed is based on the cruise only option. Cruise with dinner option must be selected in order to confirm that your cruise includes the meal.

Overall, the boat ride was very pleasant and the music was great. It’s not the most scenic boat ride (you mostly just see a lot of industrial buildings and plants on both sides of the river), but it’s a pleasant two hours with great music. You do eventually get some great views when you get back near the city in the evening, but aside from that, it’s not super picturesque. Outside of that, it’s a very nice experience. Our particular boat ride seemed to be quite crowded (and loud), especially in certain areas, but you can find quieter, more peaceful areas of the boat if you look around a bit.
Thank you for all the notes you included. With school restarting soon we are entertaining a number of last minute vacationers, but we are happy to know that you were able to find a quiet spot for you experience.
This was part of my birthday celebration with my 2 daughters & we had a great time. The dinner was delicious with good service. The boat was clean, the band great and the narrator was one of the best I've heard. My only regret was I did not get a chance to talk to the elder woman who played the steam calloppe from the top of the boat. A shout out to her for keeping a beautiful tradition alive. I hope when I return I can find her. Did I say the food was good? Let me say it again, that food was slammin! The ambiance of the Natchez Cruise experience was one of the highlights of the trip.

Not worth the money. The dining area was very hot and there was ridiculously low quality food. For over $100 per person I would expect to at least get catfish and not chunks of greasy fried chicken. And half of the trip was some guy pointing out useless trivia along the bank. We were supposed to be on a dinner cruise with a live band playing music, not a tour bus. Band was great and the service was great. Don't go when it is hot. And do not waste your money on the dining.
