We have used the same service before. Last time there was a person waiting for us in the airport so we knew where to go. This time the person wasn’t there and I had to text them numerous times to figure out where they were apparently they wanted to just stay in their vehicle. Also, the vehicle that we had something was wrong with the transmission so it jerked every time that we went over 10 miles an hour I would definitely not go through this company again after the experience we had.
