Curbside Pickup Instructions – Nashville Airport (BNA) ✈️ After you collect your luggage: 1- Take the elevator or escalator down one level. 2- Exit through the main doors. 3- Turn right immediately and follow the signs to the Taxi & Limo area. Had a medical emergency with a friend and got charged 150 dollars extra to take us to the emergency room.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that one of your group experienced a medical emergency during your trip, and we hope your friend is doing well. During the incident, our chauffeur transported your entire group of 12 passengers into our Sprinter van to the emergency room so that your friend could receive medical attention. After dropping them off at the hospital, our chauffeur then continued transporting the remaining passengers to the originally scheduled destination. Before making this unscheduled stop, we informed the you that the additional transportation time and deviation from the original itinerary would result in an extra charge, and this was approved at that time. And you refused to pay the bill and we happy to canceled the additional charge . and you got it without extra charge . Our team always strives to assist our clients during unexpected situations, and in this case, we were happy to accommodate your group's needs during a stressful emergency. We appreciate your understanding that additional services and itinerary changes may result in extra charges. We sincerely hope everyone is doing well and appreciate the opportunity to have served your group.

Communication prior to pick-up was great - including instructions on where to meet them once we landed at the airport and how to get to that location. Vehicles were clean and drivers were very professional. Got us to our destinations without any problems! There were 4 of us and we all agree we will use them again!

I booked Sam's Limo service for airport pick up and drop off. The service was excellent. Arrived ahead of time, very professional and the vehicle was brand new and in pristine condition. Excellent service! Our incoming flight was delayed but Peter did everything possible to still make picking us up work for his schedule! We enjoyed our ride to our hotel so much we booked our return to the airport service with them as well. They were early to pick us up but told us not rush out! Wonderful service, highly recommended!
